Beach House Rules
& Check List

No smoking in house
No pets of any kind
No cleaning of fish inside of house
No sandy feet
Septic system, No sanitary items

Check list upon leaving

House should be left neatly
Leave pool passes on the table
Games stacked neatly in closet
Vacuum House
Take all trash out of House and into proper containers.
Turn off lights & air conditioner upon leaving
Lock windows and close blinds
Lock sliding glass doors and (kitchen door, push knob in and turn right to lock door)
Please double check upon leaving

Deposit will be returned after inspection (usually within 2 weeks)
      *Non-refundable to cancellations or damages to home or broken items
