Vacation Rental Rates
A deposit of 200.00 is required ASAP to hold your reservation. The rental fee is due one week prior to you reservation date. Thereafter, when your vacation time has ended, I will return your 200.00 deposit after inspection. This deposit is non-refundable due to cancellations or any damages to the home or broken items. If all is well deposits will be mailed back to you with in one wk or two.
New Rates:
Weekdays (Mon - Thurs) $130.00 night Check in Mon 12:00 noon - Check out 7:00 pm
Weekends only (Fri- Sun) $480.00 wkend. Check in Fri 1:00 pm - Check out 7:00 pm
Weekly rates (Sat-Fri) $900.00 wk. Check in 1:00 pm - Check out Fri at noon
Please call for off season rates.

Responsibilities
Please bring the following:
- Sheets, towels, pillowcases
